1. About COLLECTIVE.
COLLECTIVE. is a community-focused events series bringing together creative, digital, and tech professionals across the East Midlands. Our events feature talks, networking opportunities, and knowledge sharing.
2. Event Registration
By registering for an event, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Attend the event you have registered for, or cancel in advance if unable to attend
- Comply with venue rules and regulations
- Behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff
3. Event Tickets
- Most COLLECTIVE. events are free to attend
- Registration is required to secure your place
- Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to operate a waitlist when events reach capacity
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
4. Cancellation Policy
By Attendees: If you can no longer attend an event, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone on the waitlist.
By COLLECTIVE.: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified by email.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at COLLECTIVE. events are required to agree with the following code of conduct:
- Be respectful and considerate to all participants
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour
- Respect the venue and its facilities
- Follow any instructions given by event staff
- Report any concerns to event organisers immediately
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the event without a refund (if applicable) at the discretion of the organisers.
6. Photography and Recording
Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon arrival.
7. Speaker Applications
If you submit a speaker application:
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate
- You consent to your information being reviewed by our team
- If selected, you agree to your name, bio, photo, and social links being displayed publicly
- Submission does not guarantee a speaking slot
- We will respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of COLLECTIVE. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

- Attendance at events is at your own risk
